Why quietcoolfan vs a regular attic fan(not whole house fan)? Our local electrician can install an attic fan for $350. Install time, 45 minutes. No cutting holes anywhere.

I understand the whole 'cooler air being sucked in in the evening' thing, but I live in Georgia. Wouldn't I be sucking in all the humidity too?...........making it 'feel' hotter?

Traditional whole house fans are not always loud. I think one big fan works better than lots of little ones. Anyway I sleep better with noise. But quiet cool fans are still a cool idea

There is also a new model called the "Quiet Giant" that moves 4500 CFM. It's two fans that connect to one ceiling grille. |
